Your own pool, and the water straight in front of it. Panima 4 faces west across the Gulf — sunsets from the terrace, the Ang Thong islands strung along the horizon, the mainland beyond them to the right. A newly built smart home on Samui's quiet south-west coast: calm, private, finished to a high standard, and made for a getaway with everything still within reach.
The villa sits at the top of a small gated cluster of homes, so the quiet works from the outside in — no through traffic, nobody overlooking the terrace, nothing between you and the view.
What surprises most guests is how little seclusion costs here. Five minutes brings you to the beach at Taling Ngam and the nearest restaurants; ten to the marina at Lipa Noi; fifteen to Nathon for the ferry, the market and the hospital. On Samui, quiet usually means far. This is the exception.

How do I get to the villa?
Panima 4 Villa is in Taling Ngam, on Koh Samui's quiet south-west coast, about 40 minutes from Samui Airport (USM). We arrange a private airport transfer on request — your driver meets you at arrivals and brings you to the door. Detailed directions and a location pin are shared once your booking is confirmed.
Do I need a car, or can I get around without one?
You don't need one to enjoy the villa, but the south-west is spread out, so most guests like having transport. We can arrange a car delivered to the villa, a private driver by the day or half-day, or call a trusted local driver whenever you want to go out. Beaches, restaurants and the marina are a short drive away.
What services are included, and what can be arranged?
The stay includes welcome provisions, mid-stay cleaning, fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. On request we arrange the things that make it effortless: a private driver, a chef or in-villa dining, grocery and food delivery, massage and wellness at the villa, and a pre-stocked fridge for your arrival. Just tell us before you come.
Can meals be arranged — private chef or delivery?
Yes. You can have a private chef cook at the villa for a dinner or your whole stay, order in from the area's best kitchens, or have groceries delivered and stocked before you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped if you'd rather cook yourself, and we're glad to share our favourite local tables.
Is it safe and private?
Yes. The villa sits in a calm, low-traffic part of the coast and is positioned higher than its neighbours, so it isn't overlooked — completely private outdoors. It's a smart home with modern locks and safety fittings, and your owner-hosts are reachable throughout your stay. The pool is unfenced, so families with small children should supervise.
